Editors are built so human reviewers can reach the accuracy and synchronisation that the criteria require.

What about the European Accessibility Act?

The EAA (Directive 2019/882) became enforceable on 28 June 2025 and obliges most public-sector and many private digital services to provide accessible audio-visual content. Are AI-generated captions enough on their own?

For Level A pre-recorded content high-quality automatic captions can be acceptable when accuracy and synchronisation meet the criterion, but WCAG and the EAA both expect human review for broadcast, legal and government content. Scriptix is built around an edit-and-publish loop, not a black-box transcript.

Where is my data processed?

EU cloud by default, hosted in the Netherlands. Audio, transcripts and models stay in the EU and are processed under GDPR with a signed DPA.

Can I run Scriptix on-premise or air-gapped?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Scriptix deploys inside your own datacentre, Kubernetes cluster or VPC, including a fully air-gapped tenant with no outbound network, no licence callbacks and no telemetry. This is the same build courts and supreme courts run.

Do you train on customer data?

No. Customer audio and transcripts are never used to train shared models. Custom models are trained on your data, for your tenant only.
