Frans founded Scriptix with a single conviction: the spoken word should be accessible to everyone. He has spent his career at the intersection of media technology and accessibility, working with broadcasters, parliamentary bodies and public institutions across Europe to bridge the gap between live audio and a usable, searchable record. Under his leadership Scriptix has grown from a custom speech-recognition research project into a production-grade platform that powers transcripts, subtitles and translations for courts, supreme courts, municipalities, provinces and EU institutions. Frans drives the company's commitment to digital sovereignty: every customer can run Scriptix in the cloud on EU infrastructure, or fully air-gapped inside their own tenant. Day to day he splits his time between customer conversations, product strategy and making sure the team keeps shipping the workflow our customers actually use.
